Wir waren jetzt zum x-ten Mal auf unserer Lieblingsinsel und nun zum dritten Mal in diesem wundervollen Apartment. Es ist wie schon so oft gesagt super und vor allen Dingen liebevoll eingerichtet, von dem wundervollen Ausblick auf de Strand ganz zu schweigen. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet und auch der Rest der Wohnung verleitet sich absolut heimisch zu fühlen.
Der Vermieter ist bemüht seinen Gästen einen super angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen und erweitert ständig den Standart der Wohnung. Und das können wir über die Jahre hinweg sehr gut beurteilen, denn wir kommen definitiv wieder….

Schönes Appartement mit herrlichem Blick

Wir waren vom 01.10.-08.10.2011 im 1-Zimmer Appartement von Leslie Millington und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Die Lage ist herrlich mit uneingeschränktem Blick auf den weitläufigen Strand und das blaue Meer. Bei zeitigem Frühstück kann man auf der Terrasse den Sonnenaufgang beobachten, das bieten nicht viele Unterkünfte. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr sauber und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet, auch die Anlage insgesamt inkl. dem großzügig angelegten Pool ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und sehr sauber. Es sind dort ausreichend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sowie sanitäre Anlagen vorhanden. Der Strand ist nicht weit und zu Fuß erreichbar, ganz sicher ein Paradies für Surfer – natürlich auch für die Schwimmer + Spaziergänger! Costa Calma direkt bietet viele Restaurants und Einkaufszentren und ist nicht weit entfernt. Auf jeden Fall wird ein Auto benötigt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Erwähnen möchten wir auch noch die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der uns auf alle Fragen sofort und sehr freundlich geantwortet hat.

Schönes Apartment mit fabelhafter Aussicht

Die Lage ist vor allem für Wind- und Kitesurfer perfekt und der Ausblick atemberaubend. Das Rene-Egli-Surfcenter liegt direkt unterhalb der Anlage und ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Apartment bietet alles was für einen reibungslosen Urlaub benötigt wird. Erwähnenswert sind die Waschmaschine und der Herd mit Backofen – eigentlich wie zu Hause nur mit besserem Wetter und dem richtigen Surfwind ). Den sollte man allerdings mögen, wenn man hier wohnt – teilweise war es durch den Wind zu kalt um am Balkon zu essen. Surfer nehmen das aber liebend gerne in kauf. Ganz toll war auch noch der Pool – meistens waren wir alleine dort und es war wunderbar ruhig. Genau das richtige, um einen schönen Urlaubstag ausklingen zu lassen.
In Costa Calma gibt es einen tollen Spar-Supermarkt in dem man wirklich alles bekommt. Auch einige gute Restaurants und Bars sind dort zu finden. Ein Leihauto ist nötig, um mobil zu sein.
Wir haben uns hier auf alle Fälle absolut wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen.
Bei Antritt unseres Urlaubes war das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nicht mehr zum Schlafen zu gebrauchen – Jim und June, die sich um das Apartment kümmern, waren sofort zur Stelle und brachten ein nagelneues Sofa! Danke nochmals für die schnelle Lösung des Problems.
Außerdem hatten wir das Glück unsere Vermieter persönlich zu treffen, was sehr nett war.
Wir können die Wohnung vorbehaltslos jedem empfehlen und kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Superb property with as good a view as you could wish for overlooking the beach. Clean and spacious for two people and the complex is peaceful and relaxing. Weather wasn’t great when we went but hardly the apartments fault (mid March) – owners are very helpful and friendly and this is a recommended property. DEF check out paella on the beach on a Sunday and the Safari park is also really good.

We really loved our experience with this one bedroomed property from the first contact with the owner to the end of our holidays. First of all Leslie spoke to us directly and promptly after our initial interest and reassured us in many ways. Everything went smoothly and we absolutely loved the location and the view from the apartment. It is a walk down to the beach but this invigorated us for a swim and we usually extended the day at the pool after the beach. Everything is so accessible on the island of fuertaventura and not stressful for driving, in fact a pleasure. We appreciated that there was a windbreaker for the beach as it can be breezy and it made a difference for us to be really being warm on the beach. The apartment has lots of dvds and music to listen to and watch in the evening if one is eating in which we used and there was nothing lacking at all. The apartment is outside of town a very short drive but this was no problem for us at all. The pool is beautiful and has really comfy lounge chairs … We hiked up the mountain just beside the complex one evening and watched the sun set. it was fabulous… most of all though ,we adored the exceptional beach below with kite sailing to watch and water so clean we could see the fish swimming around us so next time i will definitely bring a snorkel.!Costa Calma has really good places to eat and very reasonable and the people are friendly. All in all we had a week that felt like a month and we didnt want it to end. Hope you will have as good of an experience as we have!!!

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung und schon oft auf Fuerte, müssen aber sagen das dieses Apartment das schönste von allen ist. Die Lage ist einfach wundervoll und der Ausblick atemberaubend. Das Apartment bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und man kann bedingt durch die traumhafte Lage den Urlaub aktiv oder auch weniger aktiv verbringen.
Die Wohnung ist super und liebevoll eingerichtet und auch die Küche hat alles was man für einen individuellen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen.
Außerdem hatten wir das Glück den Vermieter persönlich zutreffen und haben Ihn als sehr netten Menschen kenngelernt. Wir können die Wohnung nur jedem empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall ein drittes Mal wieder.

great holiday destination. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the booking process and very helpful advice was given regarding local amenities and the need to hire a car due to the location of the appartment. I was hesitant to drive abroad but found the roads/directions extremely easy to follow. The appartment was beautiful and had great views over the beaches of costa calma. This is a great place to come to get away from the crowds. Its ideal for a small young family/couple. We spent most of our time by the beach at the windsurfing club just down the hill. It was the best beach we came across on our drives out. Nice pool, which was empty the whole time we stayed-I think most people would prefer the beach!Nice shops in costa calma and great coffee/croissants to be had there. Its a quiet resort. We ate out once at night, however found the food to be pretty basic, and quite expensive in view of the strength of the Euro against the pound. We highly recommend this place as a ‘get away from it all’ break, we will definately be returning, which is the best endorsement that we could possibly give. Many thanks Leslie.

The holiday on Fuerte was beautiful. The apartment is simply fantastic. It was the best and most beautiful thing we ever had and we were often are at Fuerte. The situation, the outlook and the equipment are simply super. We are already planning our holiday in 2009 and would very gladly come back

LUXURY HOLIDAY RENTAL WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS

This New well equipped Luxury Apartment with Balcony in a Superb Location at Playa Pariso complex overlooking Costa Calma and the famous Sotovento Beach, which runs some 15km down to Morro Jable / Jandia is Fabulous.
Three of us spent a great week there in November 2008 bathed in sunshine.
The Apartment came up to our expectations and more. Facilities were exactly as described new, clean and well maintained with excellent cooking and clothes washing facilities, so minimum suitcases required.
We would certainly reccommend this property to any reasaonably fit person.
There are several Excellent Restaurants and Quality Beach Bars locally.
Kite and Windsurfing facilities are Excellent at various locations on the Main Beach for the more energetic and there are plenty of easy and difficult walks for the Treccky and Bird Watcher types or you can just Relax round the Spotless Pool area or down on the Beaches with or without clothes, to get that tan.

Wir waren vom 08.11.2008- 29.11.2008 auf Fuerteventura und haben die Insel zum 5. Mal besucht.
Dieser Urlaub war mit Abstand der Schönste, was natürlich zum größten Teil an dieser fabelhaften Unterkunft lag.
Das Appartment ist super und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man für eine entspannten und wenn man mag sportlichen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist einfach sensationell.
Wir jedenfalls kommen wieder.
