TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1  You can book the accommodation and take up the offers shown on our website. You must be over 21 years of when you book your accommodation. When we issue written confirmations to you, this enters me into a contract with you, which is subject to these booking conditions. We have the right to refuse any booking prior to our written confirmation, if we do so you will receive this in writing along with a full refund of any money you have paid to us. Please discuss your party bookings beforehand to ensure that I accept your requests, as large parties wholly made up of a single sex and under the age of 25 may be refused. Once confirmation is received by you, check thoroughly and advise if any detail is incorrect.

Payment of accommodation.

2  Booking Deposit
When you book your accommodation a 20% deposit is required of the total cost to secure your option required. Your written confirmation is issued as and when is reasonably possible showing your reservation details and the balance of the cost which is to be paid to my account by the date stated. However if you book less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, we will require full payment straight away.

3  Cancellation or changes made by us.
This would not be expected but sometimes problems occur where alterations may need to be made. If this does happen we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation. If for whatever reason these changes are not suitable then alternative accommodation will be offered to you of a similar rating (though we do reserve the right to pass on any additional rates). You must advise within 48 hours if you are happy with the proposal in order for us to reserve the accommodation. If this is not acceptable you must advise within 48 hours and your monies will be returned to you that you have paid. No compensation will be given.

4  Cancellation and changes made by you.
12 weeks before your arrival date refundable 100%. Less than 6 weeks non refundable.

5  Your Accommodation.
In most cases our properties are managed by us who take full responsibility fro the accommodation before, during and after your departure.

6  Security and breakages Deposit.

We do not charge a damage deposit to avoid unnecessary bank charges for both parties,however we do expect guests to be fair & honest should there be any breakages or accidents during their stay.Thank you.

7  Checking in and checking out. The standard check in time is 14. 30pm, check out time is 10.30am.

8  Cleaning Costs. The standard cleaning charges are as follows, these prices are based on a 1 week rental.

Costa Calma (1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom) = 50 Euros (2 people sharing)
Costa Calma (1 Bedroom & 2 Bedroom) = 60 Euros (more than 2 people)

Jandia Golf = 70 Euros

Vista Mar = 60 Euros
