This luxury 2 bedroom apartment in Playa Paraiso is situated outside of Costa Calma and is a ideal location for that 'chill out' holiday. The apartment is in a newly built complex with private pool and maintained gardens. A 5 minute walk will take you to the famous, Sotavento beach & 5 min drive to Costa Calma where there are plenty of activities for you to enjoy!

Matt & choo - Ireland : This was our honeymoon and it proved to be the perfect spot! The weather was fantastic, the food great, bars & night life plenty and the views and beaches are excellent!!!

Cleaning / Maid service
Linen & towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned after your departure, at no extra cost. If you would like the apartment cleaned during your stay, this can be arranged for a reasonable fee. Please arrange for a mid wk clean when booking.

Outside
The pool and pool area is maintained when necessary and is surrounded by a small area of garden. The pool is fresh water and has showers and sun loungers, positioned around and captures the sun throughout the day. There is a large roof terrace at the top of the complex where you can sunbathe & enjoy spectacular views.

Travel
Playa Paraiso is situated outside Costa Calma, 45 minutes drive from Fuerteventura airport. We believe that Car Hire is essential to take advantage of the scenic beauty of this area.

Distances
The nearest town is Costa Calma - 5 mins, that offers a fantastic beach, selection of Superior Hotels for entertainment, restaurants, trendy bars, supermarkets, shopping centres. A bus service is available & taxi fares are very reasonable, if you over indulge! Jandia - 15 - mins - Hotels, spas, supermarkets, restaurants & nightclubs. Morro Jable - 17 mins is a much more Spanish, traditional environment. Wonderful restaurants that sit on the water front for those romantic evenings.

Further details
Sotavento beach sits directly below the apartments and is truly beautiful, miles & miles of unspoilt scenery, a place to walk , swim, sunbathe, jog, paint, windsurf, kite surf, body boarding, karting & naturism (there is a community of people who you will see walking naked so feel free to join in). If you dare to bare! All course & water sports equipment is available from the hire shop on the beach. There are free sun loungers and a bar to purchase drinks.

Booking notes
A deposit will be required to secure your booking & the full amount to be paid 6 weeks before your travel date. If a cancellation is made then this will incur a loss of deposit, if you cancel your booking 6 wks before your travel, the full amount will be retained. Resort information
Fuerteventura boasts some of the finest beaches and lagoons in the canaries. The apartment looks out over an area renowned for it's water sports, mainly windsurfing and kite surfing. Eating out is still remarkable inexpensive. New shopping centres have recently opened. Golf is available in Caleta de Fuste. Many new cultural centres have opened to promote the island's Mahon culture

There is a number of floor fans that cool the apartment during the hot periods.
Smoking is permitted within the complex however we would appreciate if you would refrain from smoking in apartment and animals/pets are not allowed during occupancy.

Children need to be supervised on the balcony area.

A deposit of 100 euro will be requested upon you reserving the property. The full balance of the payment which will be refunded to you once a full check of the property has been made by our house keepers (the same day of your departure).

Directions to Costa Calma from the airport

When leaving the airport go straight over the first roundabout, collecting a sign for Morro Jable Baring left. Proceed to Caleta de Fuste ... first town. Stay on this route, which takes you to Caleta De Fuste past McDonalds & two golf courses on the right hand side of you, then continue from the coast to the mountains (FV2) proceed for 40 minutes do not leave the (FV2), you will pass Lajita Zoo that is located on the right side, Costa Calma is probably 10 minutes from here. When you arrive in Costa Calma There is a petrol station on the right side as you start to climb the hill and there is a roundabout in front, continue over the roundabout approx 800m and you will see a white shelter to the left . Approx 25m past the shelter is a turning on to a track that takes you to the apartments.

BIG RED BULIDING!
The 2 bedroom apartment is located in Planta 4 . Location is one level above the reception area.

There is a key safe directly outside the door to the apartment with the key inside of it. To open the safe please slide down the front of the safe to reveal the numbers.

Line all of the key code numbers given and then push the black button that is located to the right.

For safety reasons when you leave the apartment during and after your stay deposit the key back into the key safe and scramble the numbers.
